HexIQ’s “Browse Rates” page allows users to find the negotiated rates for NPIs and TINs of interest. The page can also be used to find the TIN or parent NPI for an organization if you don’t already have that information.
In order to perform a search, enter the information for the form fields highlighted in red. You must also choose at least one of the fields highlighted in yellow. The other fields can be selected to narrow down the results if you wish. If you are searching for an organization, make sure the TINs and parent NPI are in the “TIN, EIN, and parent NPI” field and not in the “NPI” field.
Once you enter your search criteria, a preview of your results will appear on the right side of your screen. You can download the full results. If your results are fewer than 10,000 rows, use select “Instant Download,” if your download is larger, select “Full Download” and navigate to “My Downloads” to get your report.
You can also remove all the NPIs and TINs from the filter criteria to see everyone that has a negotiated rate with your chosen payers (or filter by specific Groupings, Classifications, and/or Specializations).
