Help CenterHexIQ’s “Advanced Search” page allows users to find the negotiated rates for NPIs and TINs of interest. The page can also be used to find the TIN or parent NPI for an organization if you don’t already have that information.
In order to perform a search, enter the information for the form fields highlighted in red. Typically, a user will at least enter the billing code and payer. Other search criteria can be used to further narrow down results.
If you perform a search and get "No data" we recommend broadening your search criteria. Providers and rates are sometimes listed under unexpected specializations or classifications.
Once you enter your search criteria, a preview of your results will appear on the right side of your screen. You can download the full results. If your results are fewer than 10,000 rows, use select “Instant Download,” if your download is larger, select “Full Download” and navigate to “My Downloads” to get your report.
You can also remove all the NPIs and TINs from the filter criteria to see everyone that has a negotiated rate with your chosen payers (or filter by specific Groupings, Classifications, and/or Specializations).
The heat map in the center of the page can also be used to limit the search. If you want to perform a search in a limited geographic area, zoom in on that area and the results will automatically update.
